Problem

If you receive an error while trying to update TaxWorks 2012 we reccomend performing a "Full Upgrade Method"

Solution

Download the latest "full" version of the software. This can generally be obtained from https://secure.redgeartechnologies.com/taxworks/MyAccount/Download2012.aspx

Even if you have downloaded previously, download it again, once downloaded you will notice the file size is different. Once you have downloaded watch this video on how to safely use the "Full Upgrade Method"
